Advanced Systemics was founded in 2010 and has been providing unmatched results to government agencies and corporates since then. With a team having decades of experience into agency life and the government, we work fast, helping organizations of all sizes envisage and implement digital experiences that the target audience wants to return to.
Non Profits, Associations and Government Agencies
...have always taken the backseat when it comes to digital transformation. And these organizations are the ones that directly affect the lives of, and impact more people, than any other organization individually.
Here at Advanced Systemics, we believe that it is right branding and right marketing that is needed to bring out a message to a larger audience, in a more compelling way, and create an impact. And websites form the most important part of any marketing initiative.
Our goal has been to work in collaboration with these organizations by providing them the very best of digital know-how, and bring about a change in the lives of people across the world in general.
We feel the pain of people spending more time, effort and money than they need to, getting a task done relating a government agency.
We feel the lost opportunity for the community when a Non Profit is not able to market its mission and initiatives effectively.
We feel the lost opportunity for associations and non profits when they are not able to accept donations and membership fees, and reach out to their members, or make new ones, because they lack the right digital tools.
We feel the pain of people in general when their representative is not able to win a political race because s/he is not equipped with the right technical-know how of how to run a race online.
For close to a decade, we've been working relentlessly to achieve all of these, and DELIVERING ON TIME, EVERYTIME.
Analysis / Discovery
This is the first step of the process and the most important one. In this phase, we study the overall business concept and try to identify key users, functions these users are capable of, the priorities, business goals, and the overall time constraints. The initial version of the analysis will include all specific functional and technical requirements for the project release and beyond. While the analysts work on cumulating the project details, we will also identify several technology alternatives for building the application.
Wireframing / Documentation
Based on the requirements, we build a wireframe of the solution. Think of wireframes as a skeleton of a website. These do not have any images or colors or design as such, but they show you the site layout, where what elements will be placed, what each element will link to, and so on. These help you to better envisage what the end product will look and function like.
Once the wireframes have been approved by the client, the designers get started on the actual designs and the graphics. Throughout this process, you will be in constant contact with the project manager(s) assigned to your project. The final mock ups are sent to you for approval. Once the designs are approved by you, these are ready to get into development.
Agile / Waterfall
This is where the actual designs are converted into programming code. We use the waterfall model for fixed cost projects and agile for retainer arrangements.
Functional + UI/X Testing
Device compatibility, functional coherence, browser compatibility, usability and speed tests are just a few of the processes your product goes through once it is complete. The big challenge today is responsiveness: making sure your website looks perfect on all shapes and sizes of screen. All of our websites are built on the world’s most popular responsive framework Bootstrap. This allows your website to look great on phones, tablets, laptops, televisions and everything in between.
After the testing and bug fixing has been done, your product is ready for launch. Before launching the product, we provide you with a delivery document that details all different aspects of the solution and how to use it after launch. We demo out the solution and train your team on how to use it. Once you team is confident with using the solution, we schedule a go live date. This launch is a controlled launch, meaning that in a scenario where problems occur after go live, our team is available to get these sorted out.
Maintenance / Support
All good solutions that are actively used require maintenance and support. We offer a dedicated aftercare service to development clients, which allows us to host, update and maintain your website for a small fee. Even if you decide to hire another team to maintain the solution, we're just a call / email away in case you need any help understanding anything.
When solving problems, we take into consideration the people who will be using our solution, the environment they work in, as well as the emotional perspective of how our solution helps them do their jobs better. We consider the solution, and the environment in which it operates in totality and not in isolation.
