  • The client is the end user of the project and is getting the application developed for their own use. They are able to define the scope.
  • The client is available in between for the project and is ready to agree in the contract a maximum reply time of a 2-5 days.
  • Not suitable for projects of duration greater than 6 months.
Project Requirements In order for model to be successful, the requirements of the project have to be defined by you before the project starts. These requirements will be gathered by our analyst before development. Any change in the requirements after the requirements have been freezed will be chargeable additionally based on how it affects the project effort estimates.
Project Scope The scope of the project will have to be 100% defined and freezed before the development of the project begins. Any changes to the scope will be charged on the basis of how it affects the effort estimates.
Iterations The project is carried and results are delivered in small phases so that iterations can be accommodated during the project
Flexibility Schedules are fixed in the analysis phase and flexibility to changes is not there. The iterations to every stage in the process are predefined in the analysis phase. Limited in number.
